The Management Team

We are a family owned and run business. Since LaVerne and Wendy Caddy started Kernow Message Handling Service in 1993 their two sons Andrew and Kevyn became increasingly involved with the company and are now two of the Senior Partners of KBMS. Kevyn's son Anthony is the third Senior Partner with his other sons Steve and Sam as managers. Andrew's sons Simon and Michael are also managers.

Our team of telephonists are trained in house by a member of the family. We all work closely together to provide the best service we can.

Anthony Caddy - Senior Partner

Anthony has been working for KMHS since 1997 when he left college and is now the head of Personnel.

Kevyn Caddy - Senior Partner

Kevyn has been part of KMHS working in various roles since 1993 when he left his position as a manager of a company to become part of the newly formed family business. He is now the head of Services.

Andrew Caddy - Senior Partner

Andrew has been part of KMHS since 1994 when he left the Ambulance Service due to an injury preventing his return to the service. He is now the head of Finance.

Steve has been a working for KMHS in various capacities since 2001 when he left school and is currently one of the operations managers.

Simon has been working for the company in various capacities since 2008 when he left school. He then became a manager in 2011 when he completed both IT and Business Studies courses at Redruth Sixth form. He is currently the Marketing and Sales Manager.

Mike Caddy - Manager

Michael has designed, built and continued to improve our own, in-house bespoke computer system that enables us to provide the high quality service expected by our clients.

Sam has been working for the company in various capacities since 2010. Supervising on different projects within the company he is the newest member of the management team as an operations manager.
